01
Accounts and public contributions
Account registration supplies an email, username, and password to Supabase Auth. Your email is not part of the public profile. Your username, avatar, bio, comments, and published project submissions can be public. Do not put private information into a public contribution. Pending submissions are available to their submitter and site administrators.
02
Site preferences and storage
The site uses browser storage for sign-in sessions, theme choices, and a reading list. Signed-in bookmarks, ratings, preferences, reports, and notifications use the site database. Ratings and public discussion are visible through the site; personal account details, bookmarks, notification preferences, and moderation reports are restricted by database access rules.
03
Private inquiries
The contact and sponsorship forms store your name, reply email, message, optional organization and website, inquiry type, submission time, and privacy acknowledgement. Administrators can review these details, keep private response notes, and change the request status. They are used to address the inquiry, not to enroll you in a newsletter or sell your contact details.
04
Service providers and external links
Netlify hosts the website and Supabase provides authentication, database, and file storage. These services process requests and may retain operational or security logs under their own terms. Following a source link, creator link, or embedded external resource can send information to that service. This policy does not govern third-party websites.
05
Retention and requests
Public contributions remain in the archive unless removed through moderation or a rights or privacy request. Account and inquiry records are retained as needed to operate the site and handle requests; backups and service-provider logs can have separate retention. Ask for access, correction, or deletion through the private contact form. We may need to verify control of the relevant account before acting. Do not send a password or identity document with the initial request.
